While you establish the requirements and make the final decisions, I do all the detail work. I handle the research, negotiations, marketing and all follow-up. I also coordinate the title insurance, escrow, lender’s appraisal, home inspection and financing process. I analyze and package the data so you have the information necessary to make the best decision. This allows you to control the process without having to put your life on hold.
