Rich Buchanan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Sociology from Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island. He is also a veteran of the United States Navy, where he proudly served for four years in San Diego, California.
In 2006, Rich obtained his real estate license in Colorado and quickly built a successful real estate business in the Denver market. In 2008, Rich moved to Seattle, obtained his Washington broker‘s license, and quickly became a leading agent with The Kendra Todd Group. In addition, Rich is a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) and runs the Senior Services division for The Kendra Todd Group,
Throughout his career, Rich has worked with discerning home buyers and sellers on the successful sale of hundreds of properties.
Rich is actively involved in charity work in the Seattle area, and works with Union Gospel Mission’s Search and Rescue Program for the homeless. He also uses his love of food and cooking to prepare dinners for REST (Real Escape from the Sex Trade) and a Phinney Ridge Men's Shelter. Rich also works with Seniors and is a volunteer with the Alzheimer's Association of King County, where he leads community outreach programs for Early Memory Loss patients and their friends and family.
